Taha40 Terms & Conditions — Comprehensive Platform Usage Guide
Please read this document carefully before using the taha40 platform. These terms govern the relationship between you as a user and our platform, covering accounts, payments, responsibilities, and rights of both parties.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the taha40 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and taha40. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Taha40 provides services only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on taha40. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and freezing of any balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. taha40 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the stipulated time may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activities under your account. taha40 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, contact our support team immediately.
Simple Registration Terms
- Only one account per individual, phone number and email address
- Personal information must be accurate and verifiable
- Passwords must not be shared with any other parties
- Users are responsible for reporting any suspicious activity
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Taha40 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not to take any actions that would compromise the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and appropriate legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized methods to interact with the platform
- Committing fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activities through the platform
- Sharing accounts, selling account access, or colluding with others to cheat the system
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform or conducting any form of cyber intrusion
- Distributing false, misleading, or harmful content via any platform communication channel
- Using the platform from territories where local or international laws prohibit it
Taha40 reserves the right to take immediate action on any account suspected of violating these rules, including immediate suspension without prior notice.
4. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the taha40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). taha40 does not bear any foreign currency conversion fees. Users are fully responsible for any charges imposed by their financial institutions or payment service providers.
Taha40 accepts various local payment methods including online banking, e-wallets, and instant transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification processes which may require supporting documents depending on transaction amount and frequency.
Betting results are final and undisputable once the match or game is legally completed. However, if a technical error is proven to affect the outcome, taha40 reserves the right to cancel or adjust related transactions at our discretion.
Transaction Limits and Conditions
- A minimum deposit limit is set and displayed during the payment process
- Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered under the same user’s name
- Withdrawal processing time depends on the chosen method and account verification status
- Taha40 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Taha40 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding usability, reliability, or accuracy of the displayed information. taha40 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of money, data, or business disruption.
Taha40’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the total deposits made by that user within 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the taha40 platform are owned by taha40 or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from taha40.
Third-Party Links
The taha40 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. taha40 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites and is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of such third-party services.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Laws
Account Suspension and Closure
Taha40 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorized authorities, or internal company decisions. In closures due to terms violations, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.
Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting taha40’s support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after standard verification prior to closure.
Changes to Terms
Taha40 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who disagree with the changes may close their accounts before the changes take effect.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
